Cancellations must be informed in writing. Charges are 20% if cancelled 3 weeks prior to the trip, 30% at 2 weeks, 70% at 1 week, and 100% for same-week cancellations or no-shows. A ₹1,000 service charge per person applies for cancellations made on the same day as the booking.
