Cancellations must be provided in writing. Charges are 20% if cancelled 3 weeks prior, 30% at 2 weeks, 70% at 1 week, and 100% for same-week cancellations or no-shows. A ₹1,000 service charge per person applies even for same-day booking cancellations.
